Pinot Noir

Decades before these pristine Pinot Noir grapes were harvested in one of Australia’s greatest winemaking regions, the Yarra Valley, the region was home to a thriving timber industry.

NOSE

Today, we can all now enjoy a superb Pinot, with typical aromas of fresh strawberries, underpinned by spices and gentle oak.

PALATE

A delicious example of Yarra Valley Pinot Noir with red fruit flavours, hints of earthy, spicy characters as well as light oak and silky tannins.

Chardonnay

In a tribute to Britannia Creek Sawmill and other early sawmills which helped to develop this spectacular wine region, our Chardonnay is supple and fresh.

NOSE

Luscious aromas of citrus, combined with an underlying stonefruit sweetness and gentle oak.

PALATE

Vibrant and fresh with fine textures and juicy citrus acidity. White peach dominates with a mineral slate and subtle French Oak.
